1. 訂購流程 (Ordering steps)

1. 瀏覽行程，選擇出發日期與房型，加入購物車 (Browse tours, pick a departure date and room type, add to cart).
2. 在購物車頁面確認項目，點選「結帳」(Review your cart and click checkout).
3. 填寫聯絡人資料，選擇付款方式、幣別與付款金額（訂金或全額）(Enter contact details, then choose payment method, currency, and amount).
4. 送出後您會收到確認信。線上付款完成即確認；其他方式則待款項入帳後確認 (You will receive a confirmation email; offline methods are confirmed once funds arrive).

2. 付款方式與手續費 (Payment methods & fees)

手續費是付款平台實際收取的成本，我們原價反映，不加價：(We pass through exactly what the payment processor charges - no markup.)

分期付款（Klarna / Affirm）手續費較高，因為分期平台向我們收取約 6% 的費用；如不需分期，使用信用卡或銀行扣款會便宜很多。
(Instalments cost more because Klarna/Affirm charge us about 6%. If you don't need to pay over time, a card or bank debit is much cheaper.)

付款頁面實際顯示的方式會依幣別、金額與所在地區自動調整：例如 ACH 僅限美元、預授權扣款僅限加幣，部分方式也有金額上限。若未看到您想用的方式，請改用信用卡或聯絡我們。
(Which methods appear is decided automatically by currency, amount and your region — ACH is USD-only, pre-authorized debit is CAD-only, and some methods have amount limits. If you don't see the one you want, use a card or contact us.)

實例 (Example): 付 $5,000 訂金時，信用卡手續費約 $149.64，改用銀行直接扣款只要 $5.00，省下約 $144。金額越大，差距越明顯。
(On a $5,000 deposit: about $149.64 by card versus $5.00 by bank debit - roughly $144 saved. The bigger the booking, the bigger the gap.)

3. 幣別選擇 (Choosing your currency)

結帳時可選 USD 或 CAD。請選擇與您卡片/銀行帳戶相同的幣別，可避免您的發卡銀行另外收取換匯費用：

• 美國客戶請選 USD（才能使用 ACH 銀行扣款）(US customers: choose USD - ACH requires it).
• 加拿大客戶請選 CAD（才能使用加幣預授權扣款）(Canadian customers: choose CAD - pre-authorized debit requires it).
• 行程定價為美元；選 CAD 時依付款當下匯率換算，確切金額在付款頁面顯示 (Prices are set in USD; CAD is converted at the live rate and confirmed on the payment page).

USD 與 CAD 我們不收換匯費——兩者分別由美國與加拿大帳戶直接收款。若由客服以其他幣別（EUR/GBP/AUD/TWD/JPY/CNY）收款，將另加 0.8% 換匯費。此外，若付款幣別與您的卡片不同，您的發卡銀行仍可能另收約 0.8%（由銀行收取，非本公司）。
(USD and CAD carry no conversion fee from us. Another currency arranged by our team adds 0.8%. Your own bank may separately charge ~0.8% if the payment currency differs from your card's.)

4. 訂金與全額付款 (Deposit or full payment)

部分行程可先付訂金保留名額，結帳頁面會顯示可選的比例（例如訂金、50%、全額）。手續費只按實際付款金額計算。(Many tours allow a deposit to hold your seats; the fee is charged only on the amount you actually pay.)

5. 優惠碼 (Coupon codes)

會員首購優惠碼 WELCOME50（減 $50）需先登入會員帳號，每人限用一次，目前僅適用於美元付款。(WELCOME50 takes $50 off, members only, one use per account, USD checkout only.)

適用範圍：優惠碼僅適用於旅遊行程，機票、飯店、租車不適用。此次付款的行程金額也須至少 $50。
(Coupons apply to tour packages only - not flights, hotels or car rentals - and the tour portion of the payment must be at least $50.)

6. 銀行扣款的注意事項 (Before choosing bank debit)

• 銀行扣款需 3-5 個工作天才入帳，名額於款項入帳後才最終確認。若出發日近或名額緊張，建議使用信用卡。(Bank debit takes 3-5 business days and your seats are only final once it clears - use a card if departure is close or seats are limited.)
• 若帳戶餘額不足導致扣款失敗，銀行可能另收退票費用 (A failed debit may incur a return fee from your bank).
